CHEQUE MANAGEMENT

 

The cheque management includes some double transactions, for ease of use and to avoid data entry errors.

 

The supported transactions are :

 

Customer Cheques :

-          Receive Cheque from Client + Chips to Client

-          (Reverse) Cheque to Client + Cash/Chips from Client

 

Winners Cheques :

-          Cheque Issue (and reverse)

-          Cheque Transfer (and reverse)

-          Winner cheque to Client + Chips from Client (and reverse)

 

 

 

 

 

Cheque Data:

 

-          Customer name

-          Date issued

-          Payment date

-          Cheque Number

-          Bank Account Number

-          Bank

-          Amount

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cheque control - Reports

 

The screen below shows the cheques currently located in the Vault.

 

Display Options

 

1)      Cusomer cheques in the current cash desk

2)      Payable

3)      Cheques send to Bank

4)      Winners Cheques issued

5)      Invalid Cheques

 

The above options display data related to the current terminal (CD).

There is an option enabled only for Supervisors, to see the lists of cheques summary (for all the terminals – CD’s)

 

 

 

There is a report for each options, that shows the same data.

 

This screen supports only one language, wich is the default language of the user.

 

 

OPEN ING – CLOSING CASH DESKS

 

 

 

The first step is to open the Casino for a new gaming date.

 

The procedure is :

 

 

 

To open the new gaming date, all CD’s must be closed for the previous date.

 

The opening and closing of the CD’s is folowed by printout of related receipts.

 

IMPORTANT:

 

The software includes option to process to the next gaming date without opening all the CD’s. This is usefull for Casinos that have many sections, and open f.e. the main section every day, and section B at weekends. In this case, there is no need to open and close the CD’s of section B every day with zero values.
