The Reception Software main features are :

 

·         Registration and member details

·         Entrance Logging

·         Online monitoring of the members “in the Casino”

The interface of all applications is unified, so that the user does not have to “run” more than one application.

 

 

Options are enabled/ disabled depending on the user’s access level.
Registration – Member Entrance

 

The Reception employee, “swipes” the member’s card from the card reader (f.i. Cherry keyboard). If the customer is a member, entrance is stored to the database, and the member details are shown on reception screen.

After entrance is stored, the software checks the data and displays a message if:

 

1.       A member has birthday, nameday or aniversary

2.       There are personal messages for this member

3.       Member is Barred or Suspended

4.       Surveillance or Management must be informed
