General

 

 

Player Tracking software, manages data concerning the amounts played by Casino Members.

It includes :

 

A.      Individual Member Player Tracking features

 

§         Members Profile with detailed history log

§         Member searches (money won/lost criteria)

§         Statistics (Winners – Losers Reports)

 

Β.  Group Player Tracking features (Travel Agencies, Tourist Agents etc)

 

§         Reports on win/drop per agency/agent

§         Reports on win/drop per group.

§         Members coming with a group, have a normal “member profile” with all details, as any other member.

 

Data entry can be done to a PC or through wireless modules. The software description concerns the version with data entry on a PC.

 

 

Member Player Tracking Profile

 

 

 

On the right of members photo, total win/loss is displeyed (Short History Log).

 

Negative means loss for the member.

 

The member visit history is shown on the grid beneeth the photo.

 

The right – down grid shows the Detailed History Log with information for:

Gaming Date, Game, Table Number, Cash in, Cash Out, Win/Loss and Hours Played.

 

The amounts won by the member are red, and the amounts lost by the member are green with negative sign.

 

The “Member Player Tracking History” can be printed.

 

 

 

 

Player Tracking Search Options

 

Except of standard searches (name etc), there are options to find members according to the total win or loss values.

 

On the screen below we see members with more than 30.000.000 loss.

 

 

 

The same way, we can find members (Winners), having f.i. loss between  5.000.000 and 6.000.000.

 

The “Member Profile” screen opens when double clicking on the photo.

 

 

Travel Agencies / Agents – Group Player Tracking

 

Travel Agencies / Agents are entered as Group Leaders. Arrival and deparature date of the group are stored.

 

 

 

 

 

Reports per Group

 

The reports help the casino management to figure out if a group was profitable.

 

Individual Group Report

 

 

The amounts of Win/Loss are listed by cutomer in the group, and in totals.

 

 

 

Negative sign, means loss for the group, win for the Casino.
Report per Group Leader

 

The Agents Profile screen shows list off all people brought by the agent, amount of money won or lost by each one, and grand Total.

 

 

Knowing the number of groups brought, the cost per group, and the money brought to the casino we see if cooperation with this Agent is profitable.
