General

 

This application has been developed for the Surveillance Department, and manages information about :

 

Α. Employees

 

• Photo and details for every employee are stored, with “event history” that concerns this employee.
• Employees are grouped by department (Dealers, Inspectors, Slots etc). 

 

Β. Members

 

• Surveillance related events are entered, in the member card.
• Surveillance Stuff has visual and sound notification when any of the customers with surveillance events enter.

 

Data Security

 

§         Industry standard database security

§         Different access levels (roles)

§         128-bit encryption in all basic transactions

§         Logging of all user actions.

 

 

Surveillance events are accessible only in the Surveillance and Management Terminals.

 

Employee Profile

 

 

Details of the employee are entered, his/her photo, events, and Surveillance comments on events related to this employ.

 

 

 

 

Grouping (Dealer, Dealer Inspector, Pit Boss etc) is done by Surveillance Staff, according to the Casino’s internal regulation.

 

 

Searching

 

Searching is done easy, by clicking on the name or photo of the employ:

 

 

 

Daily Event log

 

 

Stored events are shown and printed per day or for a selected period (From-To).

 

 

 

 

Employee Report

 

 

All details, and full event and comment log are printed in the “Employee Report”.
